All equipment undergoes several tests on the factory test machines to check the complete correspondence between the structural calculations and their overload capacity according to EN 1493 (2010).

These tests include:
• Dynamic overload with a value greater than 15% of the nominal capacity of the column. The test is carried out throughout the upstroke.
• Static overload with a value greater than 50% with respect to the nominal capacity of the column. The test is performed at maximum height and cannot last less than one hour.
• Detection of structural deflections of the column and possible permanent deformations.
• Detection of vibrations emitted by the structure during dynamic tests.
• Absorption of electricity (Ampere) during the dynamic tests mentioned above.
• Functionality of each safety device located next to the machine, such as the standard screw (shell), clearance detector, obstacle detector, contact detector, functionality of the keys installed, etc.
